Templates hold the records and the proof. Tools turn a few numbers into a decision. Most projects use both.
A file you fill in and keep
A page that calculates
Policies, consents and notices are drafts. They need legal review before use, and they never claim to satisfy a specific law.
Regulator and client checklists organize your evidence. Check each line against the current official text. A checklist is not an approval.
Use the same vehicle and device IDs in every file, delete the example rows, and agree who updates the file and when.
The Tracom templates are ready-made spreadsheets and documents for the paperwork around tracking and video devices: installation orders and handover, tender matrices, audit checklists, driver forms, camera notices and device registers. A good template saves you from designing columns, and it gets everyone to record the same thing the same way.
Each template has an Arabic file with right-to-left layout and an English file with the same structure. Spreadsheets use working formulas and example rows. Word files have tables and signature blocks.

Some files follow a regulator or a client requirement, such as OPAL, ADNOC, WASL or a data protection law. They help you collect company, vehicle and driver records and assign an owner to each line. Each one names the authority and tells you to verify against the current official text.
They are preparation aids. They do not state that Tracom, a device or a provider is approved, and policy drafts need your own legal review.
Files work well while the project is small or the process is new. They become hard to keep when people copy readings by hand or chase signatures. At that point the same facts can come from the device: Tracom ST100 trackers and Tracom M1N MDVRs record what the vehicle did, and the SCMS portal holds the configuration.
Each template page links to the related Tracom solution.

Files travel by a signed e-mail link, up to three files a day per address. The link expires, and you can ask for a new one from the same page at any time.
Yes. They are standard .xlsx files with common formulas, so they open in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and LibreOffice Calc.
Yes. Every template has an Arabic file with right-to-left layout and an English file with the same structure, so a bilingual team shares one format.
No. Checklists help you organize evidence and assign owners. They link to the regulator or client source where one exists, and the current official text always takes precedence.
Tracom provides the starting documents. We do not review your completed files, audit your site, certify an installation or give legal advice. Legal wording needs your own legal review, and approvals stay with you and the authority.
Tell us which records cost your team the most time. The Tracom team will show how ST100 and M1N capture them.
