ADNOC contractor IVMS and AFDD requirement form

Paste the IVMS and AFDD requirements from your own ADNOC contract, mark each one, and turn the list into a compliance matrix you can send with a quote request.

Free. Enter your name and email and we send you the file. Works in Excel, Microsoft 365, Google Sheets, and LibreOffice Calc.
  • 3 working sheets plus a start sheet
  • Up to 20 requirement rows
  • No macros
No official ADNOC text inside

The file holds no official ADNOC requirements. The topics already listed come from supplier posts, and the AFDD category is not confirmed. Paste the clauses from your own contract and verify every row against the current official client document.

How it works

Paste, mark, send

You supply the requirement text. The form keeps it in order and shows what is still open.

  1. Paste

Sheet 1 takes the contract details and the title and number of the client document. Sheet 2 takes each clause and the sentence as the client wrote it.

  2. Mark

Choose the requirement level and your status for each row: Have it, Partial, Gap, or Unknown. Say what it needs: device, platform, camera, service, data hosting, or document.

  3. Send

Sheet 3 builds the matrix and a Next step for each row. Send it to Tracom with your quote request.

What is the requirement capture form for?

A contractor working for ADNOC often gets IVMS requirements in several places: the contract, an HSE standard attached to it, an email, a tender clarification. Quote requests then go out with half the list, and the supplier answers half the question. This form keeps all of it on one page, in the client wording, with the clause number next to it.

It does not decide what ADNOC requires. You do that by pasting the text from your own documents. The form then shows which rows are mandatory, which are open, and what each one needs.

How to fill it in

  1. Sheet 1. Write the contract details and the title, number, and revision of the client document. Add the dates and the vehicle counts. Clear the grey example entries.
  2. Sheet 2. Keep, edit, or delete each pre-listed topic. Paste the clause and the client sentence. Choose the level and your status.
  3. Sheet 2 again. Say what each row needs, then name who is responsible and the due date for every gap.
  4. Sheet 3. Read the counts at the top and the Next step column. Send the sheet to Tracom with the quote request.

Levels, status, and next steps

The requirement level has four choices: Mandatory, Optional, Not stated, and Not in scope. Your status has four: Have it, Partial, Gap, and Unknown. Sheet 3 combines them with the device columns to give one Next step per row.

Close the gap first = Mandatory and the status is Gap or Unknown Send to Tracom = both device columns are Not confirmed Scope the add-on = either device column is Needs add-on Review the answers = both device columns are Not offered Answers received = every other case

Rules are checked in this order, so a mandatory gap always comes first. Rows set to Not in scope show no Next step.

The matrix and the Tracom columns

Sheet 3 has two device columns, one for the Tracom ST100 IVMS tracker and one for the Tracom M1N MDVR. Both start at Not confirmed on purpose. Tracom fills them from its current datasheets after you send the sheet, and no one else should.

The Feature area column only names a topic worth asking about, such as driver behavior monitoring or geofencing. It is a question, not a statement about what a device does.

AFDD in one paragraph

AFDD stands for active fatigue and distraction detection. It usually means a camera that watches the driver and raises an alert. Whether and how ADNOC applies it to your contract is something only your contract can tell you. For general background, IOGP Report 365-21 on fatigue and distraction detection is public. Check the title and edition on the IOGP site before you cite it.

Limits

The form organizes requirements and does not judge them. It does not say that any device, supplier, or company meets an ADNOC requirement, and it carries no ADNOC marks. Tracom does not claim approval by any client.

Questions

ADNOC requirement form questions, answered

Need the device columns answered? Talk to Tracom.

Does the form contain the ADNOC requirements?

No. It holds topics that supplier posts mention, and you replace them with the clauses from your own contract. Verify every row against the current official client document.

Can I add my own requirements?

Yes. Sheet 2 has 20 rows. Thirteen carry a topic and seven are blank. Edit, delete, or add topics, and the matrix on sheet 3 follows.

Why do the Tracom columns say Not confirmed?

Because the form should not guess what a device does. Tracom answers them from its datasheets after you send the sheet. Until then the Next step column says Send to Tracom.

Is AFDD required in my contract?

Only your contract can tell you. The form lists AFDD as a topic so you can ask the question. If your contract is silent, set the level to Not stated.

Does using this form make my fleet compliant?

No. It organizes the requirements and shows the gaps. Compliance depends on your contract and on the client. Tracom builds devices, does not approve fleets, and does not claim approval by any client.
