Camera notice
Sheet 1
- Says
- This vehicle is fitted with cameras that record video for safety.
- Fit it
- Outside glass, cab, passenger area
Print-ready A4 sheets of notice stickers for vehicles with tracking or cameras. Several sizes on each sheet, English and Arabic on every sticker, and a box for your policy QR.
The wording is short and generic. It does not say that any law is met, and it carries no logo or phrase that suggests approval by an authority. Ask your legal adviser to confirm the text. The contact on each sticker is your fleet, not Tracom.
Every sticker carries both languages. The language of the file you download is the large one.

Fleet name, your contact, whether audio is recorded, and the link behind your QR.
Replace each [bracket]. Delete the sheets and the audio line you do not need.
Turn off "fit to page" and check the 50 mm scale bar with a ruler.
Cut along the dashed lines. Fit them where people see them, never over the driver's view.
A good sticker is short. It says what is fitted, why, and who to ask.
Print at 100% on self-adhesive label or vinyl that suits the surface. Cut along the dashed lines. The dark band holds the headline, so use a printer that covers it well.
Stick one sticker on the real surface and leave it a few days in the sun before you print the batch.
A sticker informs people. It does not replace the policy, the driver notice or legal advice. Some places require a notice in a specific form or language. Your legal adviser will tell you.
Tracom ST100 is an IVMS GPS tracker and M1N is an MDVR. Camera options such as DSM/ADAS are confirmed with the Tracom team. Fit the matching notice on every vehicle that carries them.
Yes. Every sticker is editable text. Keep it short and true, and ask your legal adviser to confirm the final wording.
Drivers, passengers and visitors in the Gulf read Arabic, English or both. The language of the file you download is the large one on each sticker.
We do not say that. Some places require a notice in a specific form, size or language. Ask your legal adviser what applies to you.
Your fleet decides how recordings are used, so people should ask you. Tracom makes the devices and does not answer for your fleet.
Self-adhesive label or vinyl that suits the surface. For glass, ask your supplier for a material made for it, and test one sticker first.
Tracom makes the devices. The stickers are a neutral template. They do not replace your policy or legal advice, and they do not say that any law is met.
Tell us your vehicles and cameras. We will help you plan the devices and the notices that go with them.
